Ah my new Bunnie Rabbot pic, plus in color with a background.
As you can see, I went with the long-hair that the new timeskip Bunnie has, but not the hat. I also replaced the vest, since too many characters have vests already. Aside from decking her out, I also took the opportunity to fiddle with textures for the first time. From the beginning I wated her robotic parts to have a gritty war-worn look, like old, scuffed battleship plate. I also took the opportunity to give her trenchcoat a leather texture, ad then put in some explosions in the background. Thanks go to Chicobo and Debbie who helped me with an initial critique.
Her features:
Militarized Left Arm - using Dark Legion cybernetics and the finest Prower Dynamics Technology, it no longer has the extedo-matic feature of her original left arm. Rather, it (like Bunnie herself) has been made over into an anti-Chaos Energy platform. Her armor is Morganite, which allows her to deflect Shadow's strongest Chaos Spear attacks, and is highly resistant to all forms of damage, kinetic or thermal. Partially transforms to reveal an integrated Sonic Disruptor Cannon with a wide AoE. Also has a housing for concealed melee blades.
Cybernetic Right Arm - has artifical muscle laced around the bone enhancing strength in that limb, as well as a housing for her electron whip, arguably her most deadly weapon. The electron whip uncoils when activated (otherwise it remains wound up like a tape measure) and then seperates into bladed flechettes, which are suspended in an energized magnetic field. Even the most powerful opponents (Shadow, and Chaos Miles) know to always avoid a hit by this weapon.
Her Legs are also enhanced with Chaos Deflecting Morganite, as well as having their usual rocket-assist abilities. Most of the extra power required for her systems is now stored in her legs, as well as each one having an independant retracting mount pair of flechette launchers. Like all her weapons, they are neuro-controlled and auto-aiming.
I love how her foot now reads, "your ass here". I also love how you combine SatAM and X. I do that too in my fanfics. Bunnie is Cream's aunt in them but I might change that to big sister instead.
Yes. She uses the Sonic Disruptor against Shadow late in COA:A Chosen One, during the Battle of Knothole. It is designed to operate as either a pulse, or as a wide cone, making it easier to hit a fast moving, agile target. Bunnie is basically built in this configuration to fight Shadow and protect one of the Chaos Emeralds supplying power to the city shield. Tails, who had more than a little experience with how to fight an opponent like Shadow or Sonic, built her cybernetics for just that purpose.
An "Anti-chaos energy platform" is a term used in COA for a machine that is designed to fight mobians who use chaos energy. These would be, in particular: Sonic, Knuckles, Tails, or Shadow. Silver and Blaze would also be up there, except they're not supposed to be in the past in the first place. The special abilities of these mobians make conventional weapons less than attractive. An "anti-Chaos Energy Platform" is thus required. They use Morganite and other rare alloys and construction techniques to make themselves immune to Chaos Energy. This is why, for example, a Morganite Shield (like in COA:ACO Chapter 5) can both deflect a full power spin attack and even survive a massive explosion that destroys everything else nearby. It is also a convenient trope for why some robots are much more powerful than others (Re: Metal Sonic) and how machines can use Chaos Energy in a multitude of ways, but especially for power generation.
COA stands for "Cycle of Ages" I use the shorthand COA for the hybrid continuity in the fanfic series that involves "Cycle of Ages: A Chosen One" and "Cycle of Ages: New World Order." Instead of using simply one continuity, like Sonic X or SatAM, I have tried to mix almost all of them together. For example:
SatAM and the Archie comics feature heavily in the characters, settings and backstory. An obvious example is the presence of the character in this pic, Bunnie 'Rabbot,' who comes from this continuity.
SEGA games contribute significant continuity, as I consider them apex canonicity. An example of this is the connection between the Babylon Rogues and the Battlebird Armada (although Ian will likely write something similar into the comics, too, when he handles the Armada). An example of how this merges with the comics in COA, is that the Battlebird Armada is the remains of the Kingdom of Acorn's Royal Air Force, turned rogue after Robotnick seized power.
Lastly, some elements of Sonic X are also involved. This is mostly used in the past tense, as Station Square was destroyed well before the events in COA:ACO (the first story). However, the Blue Typhoon warship exists in COA, as does Topaz and some of the character development essential to Rouge’s character. However, most of Sonix X (and Chris) are irrelevant to the story, since Station Square is gone and most of the people there died.
To further explain, you could say COA:ACO covers the events of SA2 (Sonic Adventure 2), Sonic Rush, Sonic Riders, and Sonic 06, along with events in the comics.

Sweet! I kinda have the same idea of using most, if not all, Sonic continuities in MY fan-fic (though I likely won't be using Game Gear exclusive characters)! I recently (or to be more specific, finally) decided on the Bunnie Rabbot design to use in it! If you're interested in seeing what I got so far, here is the [link] to the prologue! I also have chapter one posted if you like the prologue! Tell me what you think of it!
I have a couple of questions:
1. AoE...is that short for Area of Effect?
2. What's an anti-Chaos Energy platform? (only read the Archie issue where Super Sonic fought Perfect Chaos)
Like I said, this is a great piece of work! Keep up the good work!
